SHIPPING & RETURN
We ship all our packages through major logistics companies. Delivery charges include packaging charges and only part of the charges are borne by the customer, part of us is borne by us, Silkworks. Shipping is charged on invoice value as follows :-
Rs. 0.00 - Rs. 999 : Rs. 100
Rs. 1000 - Rs. 2999 : Rs. 150
Rs. 3000 - Rs. 9999 : Rs. 250
Above Rs. 10000 : Free
Since we stock all products in our warehouse, all orders are dispatched immediately and are handled by our logistics partners. Tracking details and Partner details for your orders are sent to you via mail upon dispatch of your order. Only after dispatch of your order, the order status page for your account will reflect any change. You can even visit the partner websites to manually check the status of your orders by putting in the AWB number sent to you via mail.

Domestic orders are usually delivered in 1-4 days.
International orders are usually delivered in 4-8 days.
Our logistics partners will attempt to deliver the package three times before they return it to us. Please provide a complete & accurate shipping address including a zip code and a mobile number. This will ensure faster and better delivery. In case your package is being returned to us, let us know at firstname.lastname@example.org or at +91 9699990069 for us to resend it as soon as we receive it.
Silkworks endeavors to ensure that every transaction at our website is seamless. We take great care in delivering our products and adhere to the highest quality standards. As a policy, we do not entertain returns on products delivered in perfect, undamaged condition. A product is only eligible for return under the following conditions :-
A wrong product has been dispatched and if a product does not match the item selected during order confirmation
If the product is received in a damaged condition.
